I have never been more dissatisfied with an insurance company. They are constantly making errors with our policies, overcharging at times. I am constantly having to call in to fix issues that should not be happening in the first place.

They also randomly charge your card without consent when new or unexpected charges appear, and there is little to no transparency. The app and online system do not clearly show what the charges are for or why they are being applied."
